Ntombi Kholwa is a seasoned development practitioner, project manager, and corporate affairs specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning the corporate, government, and enterprise development sectors.
She is the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Qopha Solutions, where she designs and implements high-impact Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) and Socio-Economic Development (SED) programmes that foster sustainable growth and meaningful public-private partnerships.
Her expertise lies in stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and reputation management, with a strong focus on enabling SMMEs—particularly in rural and township economies—to scale and thrive. Ntombi has a proven track record of aligning business strategy with national development priorities to unlock shared value for corporates, communities, and government institutions.
Previously, Ntombi served as Enterprise Development Manager at Zevoli Consulting, where she led the national rollout of development programmes supporting over 180 youth entrepreneurs. She has also held multiple roles at the South African Breweries (AB InBev) over a 10-year tenure, including National SED Specialist and Regional CSR Coordinator, where she spearheaded large-scale initiatives in youth development, women empowerment, community safety, and agricultural transformation.
Her work has contributed to impactful programmes benefiting thousands of individuals, including youth skills development initiatives reaching over 30,000 participants and community safety interventions that reduced crime and created employment opportunities.
Ntombi holds a BCom in Marketing & Management Science, a Diploma in Public Relations, and a Project Management Certificate, and is currently pursuing an MBA. She is also a certified facilitator, assessor, and moderator, enabling her to effectively lead training, mentorship, and capacity-building initiatives across diverse sectors.
